A general-purpose amber light bulb from Block Blue Light with the blue removed, to replace the main lights you use in the evening.

1800K amber light with a 585nm peak, and 100% of light between 380 and 500nm blocked (Block Blue Light’s figures). Zero flicker and low EMF.

700 lumens from 7 watts, about the same as a 60-watt incandescent. 85–265V, certified SAA and RCM for Australian use.
